Can I pay for a tour by cash?

If you want to pay be cash you will need to make the booking by phone, as we require credit card details to secure the booking and to obtain your hotel pickup details.  You can then pay by cash to the driver on the day.

Are meals included on the tours?

No meals are included on the tour unless specified.  Some of the tours will provide for a light refreshment or coffee – please check the tour details for inclusions.

How far in advance should I book?

It is advisable to book 2 or 3 days ahead for the day tours to secure your seat. For overnight stays it is a good idea to book early to ensure your accommodation is available, particularly during the peak seasons.

Will I be pick up from my accommodation?

Pickup can be booked for most Brisbane CBD accommodation points listed on the website.
If your accommodation is not listed, please send us an e-mail to bookings@qtour.com.au and we will advise you of the best pick up point.
We recommend Google Maps as a great way to find your way from your accommodation to your nearest pick up location.

Where will I be dropped off at the end of the tour?

You tour will return you to your original pickup point or the normal drop off points around the Brisbane CBD, including near the Brisbane Transit centre.

Can I bring luggage on board the bus?

We like to keep the luggage to a minimum to make for quick pick-up  and drop off times.

On our day tours we recommend you bring a small carry pack for personal items and food.  If you are taking an overnight tour  - please let the reservations if you have oversize luggage.

What time do tours depart and return?

Pickups: 7:00 – 7:45am (from most Brisbane CBD accommodation points)
Return: Approximately 5:30 - 6:00pm
Please wait outside accommodation 5 minutes prior to given pick up time and look for the prominent QTOUR bus. Time may vary slightly depending on traffic.

What should I wear for tour?

Mostly you should wear light comfortable clothing and comfortable walking shoes to allow you to enjoy some easy walking at the tour sightseeing points.  A light sweater maybe required in the mid-winter season – but this will be quite unusual. Remember to check the forecast, and to pack a raincoat or umbrella if there is a likelihood of rain.
