Terms and Conditions

Cancellation
Any tour cancelled within 24 hours of departure or failure to show at the pickup point will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Fares
Our current prices and inclusions are valid until 31st March 2012.
All fares are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST (goods and services tax).

Concessions
Concession fares where applicable are valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Seniors card holders only.
Student concessions must present a valid Student Identification Card.

Children
Child fares apply to children from 3 – 14 years inclusive unless otherwise specified. Infants under 3 years are free of charge but not allocated a seat.  Should all seats be occupied they must be carried on the lap of the parent or guardian.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Tour Changes
Qtour reserves the right to cancel tours and bookings , change itineraries, amend fares or substitute vehicles without notice.

Accommodation Packages
Adult and Senior/Student tickets are based upon twin share room. Should a single ticket be required, please purchase a Single Adult ticket which must be booked over the phone through our booking operator. Fees for cot hire may apply and are payable directly to property management.

Meals
Meals, morning and afternoon teas are not included unless specified otherwise in itinerary.

Credit Card Surcharge
All credit card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge.
